采用数值分析方法分析了用于血管成形术的半球形Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ蓝宝石刀头的光传播特性和传热特性。根据得出的规律可以对刀头进行优化设计。

Numerical methods are used to discuss the relationships between the construction size and the properties of sapphire tip used for laser Angioplasty (such as output power density and temperature inside the tip).
