用转动镜头纸提高成像质量

Improving the Quality of Imaging by Using Rotating Lens Paper

摘要:

本文和转动镜头纸作为散射屏使成像质量提高的方法，该方法能有效地减弱激光散斑，又能保持有较高的相干度。文中对方法进行了理论分析，并给出了在成像系统中使用与不使用转动镜头纸情况下，电路板掩膜图像与马赫－增德干涉条纹图像。结果表明，使用了运动镜头纸所得图像质量比不使用运动镜头纸所得图像质量高。

Abstract:

A method to improve the quality of imaging by using rotating lens paper is presented. The method may simultaneously reduce the speckle while yet retaining most of the spatial coherence. The theoretical analysis for the method is given. The experimental results are also shown.
