本文简要分析了微型光开关在光纤传感技术与全光通信领域的主要用途，介绍了目前利用微细加工技术研制各种类型微型光开关的现状以及存在的问题，指出了微型光开关的研究发展方向及其广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:

In this paper we dicussed the applicat ions of the micromachined optical switches in the areas of optical fiber sensing technology and all optical network AON,and introduced the recent research activ ities of the optical switches and the existent problem.At last we pointed out th e research trends and the promising prospect of the micromachined optical switch . -
