Abstract:The relation between the resolutions of transverse,axial and three-dimensional(3D) of Toraldo pupil-filter and the parameters of pupil-filter systems were discussed.The analytical formulas expressed the interaction of the resolutions and the obscuration ratio and transmissivity of the two zone and three zone leaky annular pupil filters were derived and plotted.The transverse resolution of two zone leaky annular pupil filter increases with the central transmissivity decreasing,and in common cases axial resolution increases with the central transmissivity increase.The transverse superresolution of three zone leaky annular pupil filter requires the lower central transmissivity,and the axial superresolution requires the lower transmissivity of middle annular region.So we can accurately assume the obscuration ratio and transmissivity of pupil-filter to achieve the transverse,axial,and three-dimensional superresolutions of the imaging optical system.
